Hereford Grill, in collaboration with Wine & Sense Club, invites you to an extraordinary night of craftsmanship and character.

VIK was recently named The Best Vineyard in the World, becoming the first Chilean estate to receive that recognition. Beyond the award, what makes the estate compelling is its consistency, its understanding of terroir, and the precision behind each vintage.

For this evening we will pour:

Champagne by VIK
La Piu Belle Rosé
Milla Cala
Stonevik

We will also feature VIK 2022, awarded 100 Points by Gilbert & Gaillard. It’s a vintage defined by balance and structure, with tension and clarity rather than excess.

The four-course menu has been created specifically for these wines. Each dish is designed to support what’s in the glass without overpowering it.

We want the evening to feel focused and personal, with space for conversation and attention to detail.
